Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, despite being given an opportunity in the order dated 26.6.2015 to restore his matrimonial relationship with his wife, opposite party no.2, has not done so, this Court will have no difficulty in now coming to a conclusion that he has a definite intention of harassing his wife. That being so, the petitioner, facing allegation for offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and being the husband, is not entitled for privilege of grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Jamil is hereby rejected. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U T
