The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner applied for appointment for the post of Panchayat Teacher annexing the marks obtained in B.E.T.E.T., but on verification it was found that the petitioner submitted forged certificate of passing B.E.T.E.T. examination.

It is submitted that 17 persons were found to have submitted forged certificate of B.E.T.E.T. out of which vide Annexure-2 series different Benches of this Court granted anticipatory bail to many accused persons in Cr. Misc. No. 17059

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47560 of 2015 (3) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 36803 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that although the petitioner has submitted forged certificates for his appointment, but similarly situated accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
