Despite issuance of repeated service of notice upon the O.P. No. 2, he has not appeared before the Court. The petitioners have been granted pre-arrest provisional bail vide order dated 23rd of July, 2020. There is no complain that they have misused the privilege of provisional bail granted to them.

Considering that the case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act
