The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 08 POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the marriage of the daughter of the informant has been solemnized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26205 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 with son of petitioner No. 3. The victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and her age is between 17.5-18.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and especially considering the fact that the marriage has been solemnized between son of petitioner No. 3 and the victim, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions JudgeVI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
