2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., all the accused persons including this petitioner and two unknown persons, armed with weapons, came to the door of informant and co-accused Ranjit Pasi fired pistol causing gun shot injury to informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of causing indiscriminate firing is against co-accused Ranjit Pasi. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob. There is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P. S. Case No. 408 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
