ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018 in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but were found hidden in the vehicle and he was not aware of its presence. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
