Patna High Court CWJC No.6213 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/3 submits that for seeking the same relief as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioners and other villagers have already submitted a representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya on 19.03.2025 but no action has been taken by the District Magistrate, Gaya in the said matter. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the representation dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure-P/6) within a stipulated time after hearing the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the State has made no objection to the said prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, the District Magistrate, Gaya is hereby directed to dispose of the representation dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure-P/6) within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The order to be passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya should be a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. The petitioners are also given the liberty to make a prayer for the interim relief before the District Magistrate, Gaya
