The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No.27 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 328, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that during course of traveling by train accused Bidya Mahton along with one other accused developed intimacy with the informant, provided him cold drink as a result of which he became senseless. It has been alleged that accused persons took away the belongings of the informant like cash, clothes and mobile. In the case it has come that petitioner has sold the looted mobile.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24762 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
