The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there was free fight between the parties in which both the parties have sustained injuries for which case and counter case has been lodged between the parties. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.10.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78603 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Banka in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017.
