The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No.325 of 2019 registered for offences under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and owner of the vehicle was not caught on the spot, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23780 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No.325 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The son of the petitioner will visit Nawada Muffasil Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the son of the petitioner.
