This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have criminal antecedents, they do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24454 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on their own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
