JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of killing daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased, and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. Petitioners are residing at Delhi. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and the main allegation is against the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48373 of 2015 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2 / 2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S.
