Without going into the merits or demerits and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation (Annexure P/3) ventilating his grievance to the competent authority, i.e., Respondent No. 7 here, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.
3. The Respondent No. 7 shall consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass reasoned order.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6478 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 In case the Respondent No. 7 comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner merits any consideration he shall make necessary arrangements for payment of the amounts claimed by the petitioner. In case the authorities comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner does not merit any consideration, he shall pass a reasoned order giving the reason for rejection of the same. It is needless to observe that before passing any order, the authority shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
4. With the aforesaid directions the writ petition stands disposed of.
