Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition (Cr. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016) in course of the day. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04-07-2016 passed in. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by order dated 04-07-2016 passed in. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016, the petitioner was granted privilege of bail but in the prayer portion of original bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016, inadvertently, "in connection with Sessions Trial No. 541 of 2015 to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VII, Danapur, Patna" has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30432 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 mentioned in place of "in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Shri Randhir Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Danapur at Patna" and likewise, same mistake occurred in the order dated 04-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016.
Accordingly, the order dated 04-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25994 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the word "in connection with Sessions Trial No. 541 of 2015 to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VII, Danapur, Patna", mentioned in the last paragraph of the order be read as "in connection with Maner P.S.
