The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahammadpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30 (a), 33, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case five persons were named accused out of them Ranjan Singh, Prashant Kumar Rai @ Vijay Rai @ Prasant Kumar and Pawan Kumar have been granted bail vide order dated 05.12.2018 and 27.11.2018 in Crl. Misc. No. 72697 of 2018, 70037 of 2018 and 69861 of 2018 respectively.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.79646 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
