2. Vide order dated 21.06.2023, report regarding stage of trial was called for in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.633 of 2019 from the court of learned A.D.J.-VI-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO), Patna.

3. Perused the report at Flag 'A'.

4. It is reported that the trial of the present case may be concluded within six months.

5. Considering the report of the learned court below, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of this case and conclude the same within a period of six months.
