JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner has moved this Court against cancellation of membership by the Managing Committee which was affirmed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies. However, subsequently the membership of the petitioner has been restored by order dated 21.5.2015/4.6.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.249 of 2012 by Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Patna.

In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.5.2015/4.6.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.249 of 2012 by Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Patna. In view of the aforesaid order, Mr. Yogendra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt application.

The contempt application bearing M.J.C.No.2407 of 2014 stands withdrawn.
