The petitioners, namely, Pyari Devi, Bino Yadav and Rita Devi, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of Ranju Kumari (the deceased) made allegation that his daughter was married to Krishnanandan Yadav, son of the petitioner nos. 1 & 2. The accused persons were torturing Ranju Kumari and, for that, Ranju Kumari had filed Complaint Case No. 238C/2012 against her husband and other inlaws. Krishnandan Yadav was granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2385/2013. Ranju Kumar while coming along with Krishanandan Yadav went missing. It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40702 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 of Krishnandan Yadav and the deceased. There is a partition in the family by Partition Suit No. 13/2010. The petitioners, who are mother-in-law, father-in-law and married sister-in-law of the deceased, are living separately. Similar co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22891/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhura (Hathiawan O.P.) P.S. Case No. 25/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
