The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.107 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners, who have clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24444 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.107 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners will visit Madhepura Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
