The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2539 of 2017 registered under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the disputes between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation. On perusal of the report of the Mediation and conciliation Centre, it appears that husband and wife have amicably settled the dispute and ready to live peacefully along with their children. It also appears from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23037 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 the report that they are not willing to pursue the cases instituted against each other in the Court below and shall take steps for withdrawal of the same.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II-cum-Sub-Judge-XI, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2539 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
