2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Circle Officer, Aamas, District Gaya to cancel the Mutation No.147/2.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that power of cancellation of mutation is with the Additional Collector in Jamabandi case under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011).

In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file application for cancellation of mutation before the Additional Collector, Gaya under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011) within four weeks from today. The Additional Collector, Gaya is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order upon hearing all the concerned parties within six months after appearance of all concerned..

5. With this direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
