Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is apprehending her arrest in connection with Akwarpur P.S. Case No. 157 dated 02.07.2014 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Penal Code after the daughter-in-law of the petitioner allegedly committed suicide. Appreciating such fact other family members of the petitioner have been granted bail in the event of arrest by another Bench of this Court under Order No. 4 dated 30.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19252 of 2015. Let petitioner, named above, surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40160 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 in the court below (C.J.M., Nawada) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, apply for regular bail in connection with Akwarpur P.S. Case No. 157/2014 in the light of the aforesaid order, which should be considered in accordance with law.
