JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 631 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.10.2018. He further submits that total 86 litres liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East
