The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016 registered under Sections 120B, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is an old person and he is suffering from heart disease, for which he is undergoing treatment in Indira Gandhi Institute of Cardiology, Patna, as contained in Annexure-4 to the bail application. Further he contended that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
