2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Suchariya Goswami (Centre Superintendent), alleged that on 21.07.2024 during B.P.S.C. Tier-III Examination, it was found that co-accused Sharwan Kumar Sharma appeared in the examination in place of this petitioner and in the bio-metric verification the thumb impression did not tally with the Aadhar of this petitioner, who was actual candidate in the examination.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for
