2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 607 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 323, 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Vide order dated 23.02.2023, this Court had directed to reconcile the the strained relationship between the petitioner and O.P. No.2 by way of Mediation. It has been reported that the Mediation has failed. The report of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24293 of 2022(4) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Mediator is on record. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 10.10.2022 and thereafter the same is continued vide order dated 22.03.2023.

5. Mr. Satish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, informs that the petitioner is living along with another woman. The petitioner obtaining protection of this Court has chosen not to appear before this Court.

6. Considering the fact that no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and Mediation has failed, the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.10.2022 is recalled.
