The petitioner seeks regular bail in Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 74/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act and section 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

From the written report , it appears that police arrested one Sanjay Kumar @ Muntun who was found in intoxicated condition and one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his possession. Sanjay Kumar @ Muntun disclosed the name of this petitioner. Sanjay Kumar @ Muntun has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63251/2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.702 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 74/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
