2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner kidnapped 16 years old daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner and victim are neighbourer and had gone outside the house of their own free will. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the victim is minor and in 164 Cr.P.C. statement she has supported the prosecution case.
