The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the post-mortem reflects no external injury. The cause of death has not been ascertained as a result the viscera has been preserved. Though, it is alleged in the First Information

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39385 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 Report that the daughter of the informant was throttled to death. Accusation is not specific against the petitioner. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, who, as per learned counsel for the petitioner, is in custody and the accusation is not being corroborated with the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
