====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Stolen household articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2018. Petitioner is accused in eight cases of robbery, theft and the Arms Act.

Considering the facts of this aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 491 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26060 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 before the learned court below, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
