JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner being husband of the informant apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 504, 406 and 498 A/34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Though the petitioner has filed Matrimonial Case No. 204 of 2014 for restitution of his conjugal life but a statement has been made in paragraph- 9 of the petition that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant with full honour and dignity and on the joint prayer of the parties the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of the State Legal Services Authority.

No.45276 of 2014 (5) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 The report of the Mediation Centre dated 10.07.2015 reflects that though marriage was solemnized on 14.02.2014 but both the parties have decided to part ways and informant has agreed to withdraw all criminal cases filed against the petitioner and his family members.

Considering the present stand of the parties, let the above named petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Ara Bhojpur in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
