The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2894 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Arer P.S. Case No.66 of 2020, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. The order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2894 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
