JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner variously armed came and assaulted the informant and other family members of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

The petitioner and the informant are agnates and for a petty dispute, the accustion has been levelled against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.11.2022. Moreover, other co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71481 of 2022.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Roshanganj(Bankey Bazar) P.S.
