2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(A), 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner entered the house of the informant, abused and assaulted him and also damaging the household items and stolen kirana items worth Rs.25,000/- to 30,000/- and threatened to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26766 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 grudge and land dispute. He next submits that the petitioner is a lady and as per FIR, there is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 04.11.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bhawanee Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa/concerned Court in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023.
