ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus to the respondent Nos. 7 to 10 according to recommendation of Bihar Public Service Commission and respondent Nos. 2 to 6 have promoted them to the post of Executive Engineer. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 and 5 wherein it has been stated that the petitioners are not entitled to get relief because they did not achieve the seniority, which was required for promotion. The application is devoid of any merit and accordingly, the same is rejected.
