The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the government public servant and creating hindrance in discharging of his official duty as a result of which, the informant sustained injury and during course of aforesaid occurrence, one person, namely, Anil Kumar Singh has also sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that the injury found on the person

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Badahiya P.S.
