Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26230 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24935 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018, pending in the Court learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund. The order dated 16.12.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
