2. The present petition has been filed with prayer to direct the respondent no.18, i.e., Anchaladhikari, Kudhani, Muzaffarpur to produce the entire record of the proceedings related to the Encroachment Case No. 07 of 2022-23 against the petitioner and instituted by the respondent no.18.

3. However, office has pointed out that the present civil miscellaneous petition is not maintainable since the matter relates to the civil writ jurisdiction of the Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. At this stage, learned counsel seeks permission to convert the present civil miscellaneous petition into civil writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution.

5. Prayer is allowed.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to convert the present petition into civil writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India within four weeks of opening of the Court after summer vacation.
