JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 On behalf of the counsel for the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.6819 of 2009 dated 29.08.2011 and C.W.J.C. No.17180 of 2011 dated 14.02.2012. The respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in the aforesaid writ applications and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17314 of 2011(5) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order, provided the case of the petitioner is found identical to that of C.W.J.C. No.17180 of 2011.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the order impugned contained in Memo No.1584 dated 19.05.2009 reflects that the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in T.R. of Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, for which the competent authority shall have liberty to examine the matter and pass reasoned order in respect of validity of her qualification.
