Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34, 120(B) of the Penal Code. He is named in Column No. 7 of the First Information Report as Accused No. 5 but his name does not appear in the narrative of the fardbeyan. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail which
