This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.08.2015 by which learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Court-I, Vigilance, Patna in Special Case No. 53/2007, arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 82/2007 for the offence under Sections 13 (1) (c) of the P.C. Act, 1988 by which he has rejected the discharge petition filed by the petitioner under section 239 of the Cr.P.C.

By a detailed order the discharge petition of the petitioner has been dismissed by the court below and in the opinion of this Court, this discharge order is in accordance with law laid down in the case of Kanchan Kumar vs. State of Bihar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56484 of 2015(4) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 (2022) 9 SCC 577, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order, this application is dismissed.
