JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the order of this Court dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51615 of 2018 to the extent that the period granted to the petitioner for surrendering in the Court below be extended since the petitioner could not surrender within the prescribed period of six weeks on account of non-communication of the Court's order dated 08.10.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the present petition, the period granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for grant of anticipatory bail is extended by a period of two weeks from today.
