In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P. S. Case No. 222 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) of the SC/ST Act.

In this case, there is a dispute between the tenant and the landlord.

The allegation has been made against the male member not against the female member.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, named above, in

No.26775 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District-Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
