JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.1.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 37770 of 2016 in which the petitioner was directed to appear before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is suffering from jaundice and, hence, he could not surrender before the court below within stipulated period and, hence, prays that time be extended for further two weeks to surrender in the Court below.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25710 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016 and in that event he will be released on anticipatory bail on the same conditions as mentioned in the order dated 23.1.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 37770 of 2016.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be allowed to the petitioner.
