The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 22.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66372 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by three weeks from today in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.222 of 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., XIII, Patna, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59987 of 2024(3) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 22.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
