27-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 12 persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner obtained appointment letters for Panchayat Teacher by submitting fake mark-sheet. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has already tendered his resignation from the said post. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure 2 series. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32141 of 2021(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 335 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
