JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 20-03-2015 Having regard to the fact that the main plank of the petitioner to press this writ application has vanished on the account of disposal of C.W.J.C. No. 20533 of 2012 by an order dated 22.1.2014, this writ application has to be essentially dismissed because the petitioner had made a representation before this Court stating that his case is squarely covered by the case of Dr. Sushant Das Gupta as recorded in the order dated 22.01.2014 while passing the interim order in his favour.

2. Thus, this writ application is also dismissed in the same terms and for the same reasons as recorded in the order dated 22.01.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 20533 of 2012 and as a result thereof the interim order of stay of transfer of the petitioner is also vacated.
