29.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the description of the respondents no. 4 and 5. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3, the stand is that all retiral benefits of the petitioner have been paid except for Group Insurance, for which the claim has been forwarded to the Life Insurance Corporation of India which is not taking appropriate action in the matter.

This Court has directed for undertaking of an exercise between the Patna Municipal Corporation and the Life

Patna High Court CWJC No.7216 of 2011 (9) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Insurance Corporation of India with regard to payment of Group Insurance in C.W.J.C. No. 7183 of 2011. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to make the payment of Group Insurance to the petitioner as soon as the same is received from the Life Insurance Corporation of India pursuant to the exercise directed by the Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7183 of 2011, as per the claim of the petitioner which has been forwarded to the Life Insurance Corporation of India on 11.06.2013.
