Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 430/2015 dated 22.05.2015 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code including Section 379 of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report as Accused No. 3. It is submitted on his behalf that he has not assaulted the informant or any other member of the prosecution party but is said to have snatched 16, 500/- from the pocket of the informant. Before lodging of the present case petitioner has filed complaint case against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40171 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 informant bearing Complaint Case No. 1373 of 2015.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.

Case No. 430/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (V.N. Sinha, J) P.K.P.
