2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 69166 of 2024.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69166 of 2024, the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged custody, i.e., approximately one year. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit half of the amount in the government treasury in six equal monthly installments.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XVI, Gopalganj connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

5. The petitioner is directed to deposit half of the amount in the government treasury in six equal monthly installments, subject to the final outcome of the criminal trial.
